Cross Connection - Certified Testers
The Washington Environmental Training and Resource Center (WETRC) maintains a list of State Certified Backflow Assembly Testers (BATs) who are certified to test in the State of Washington.
Certified testers:
To view a list of certified testers visit WETRC's website. Click on the "Backflow Assembly Tester" button on the top right, then click on the "BAT Public List" to search by county.
Tester certification:
Certified Backflow Testers must have the following:
- Current Washington State Backflow Assembly Tester (BAT) certification.
- Current City of Olympia business license.
- Current verification of gauge accuracy.
