Streams & Shorelines - Ellis Creek Watershed
The three headwater tributaries of Ellis Creek flow from outside the City limits, but they converge at the Priest Point Park boundary just above Gull Harbor Road at Ames Road. The lower reach flows entirely through Priest Point Park property and discharges at the beautiful Ellis Cove. The upper watershed is rural with some suburban development and the lower half-mile reach is forested. This watershed is very intact, and the stream has good water quality and instream structure.

While there is no trail along Ellis Creek, the Ellis Cove Trail in Priest Point Park offers a great opportunity to walk along the shore of this wonderful estuary, especially during low tide.
