Drinking Water Fact Sheet (PDF)
Residential customers with average water use will see a 4% or $1.92 increase in their bi-monthly bill. View the fact sheet to learn more.
Non-residential customers winter rates will remain the same, summer rates will increase by 4.3%.
Irrigation rates, winter will decrease by 59% and the summer rates will increase by 22%.

Wastewater Fact Sheet (PDF)
Residential City Wastewater rates will increase by 5% or $1.50 on your bi-monthly bill.
The residential LOTT Alliance portion of the rates will increase by 5.6% or $3.00.
Waste ReSources Fact Sheet (PDF)
No rate increase for residential customers for garbage or organics.
Commercial rates will increase by 5.6%.
Drop box rates will increase by 5.6%.

If you are a low-income customer and over 62, or permanently disabled, you may qualify for our Lifeline Rates.
