Septic to Sewer - State Revolving Fund Sewer Loan
The City has $250,000 available for a limited number of low-interest loans to property owners interested in connection to the public sewer. Funding is available through a loan from the Washington State Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund (SRF), provided in part through EPA Grant NO. C9-000449-04 to the Washington State Department of Ecology from the United States Enviornmental Protection Agency.
These loans are available to help property owners pay construction costs (including fees) for work performed on private property that are associated with abandonment of an existing septic system and connection to the public sewer. Download a loan application and draft loan documents.
