Proposal packet
(pdf file).
The PBIA Board was created by the Olympia City Council in January, 2006 with the adoption of Ordinance No. 6375 establishing the Parking and Business Improvement Area (PBIA) for downtown Olympia.
The Board's purpose is two-fold:
- Develop an annual recommendation for Council consideration about how to invest the PBIA Fund, with specific projects and budgets; and
- Prepare a plan for regular communication of PBIA projects and information to ratepayers.
The PBIA has established a website to communicate information to downtown ratepayers and the community at-large. Included on the website is a commnt form, list of the PBIA Board members, general information about the PBIA, documents, and meeting minutes.
Read our brochure (pdf file) to learn more about the Olympia PBIA.
