Olympia City Departments
Our employees are located in several different buildings, and we do not have a central service center. Our new City Hall (coming in late 2009) will have a combined services area. In the meantime, contact phone numbers for City departments are listed further down on this page.
Hearing Impaired Contact with City Offices
For the hearing impaired, please call Olympia City Hall at (360) 753-8270 during normal business hours to be connected via text telephone TTY; or use the Washington State Relay Service by dialing 7-1-1, or 1-800-833-6384.
Utility Services (Garbage/Recycling, Sewer, Stormwater, Drinking Water)
- To start or cancel service, for water disconnection, or
to inquire about your bill. Call 360.753.8340.
- For after hours emergency City utility service (after 5:00 p.m. and
on weekends/holidays). Call 360.753.8333.
