The Clerk Services line of business provides information and financing services to City departments and the public through:
- Budget and Capital Facilities Plan (CFP)development

- Issuance of debt
- Codification of the Municipal Codebook
- Domestic Partnership Registrations

- Administration of public bidding and contracting procedures

This line of business is also responsible for the Department's Wellness Program, Department wide administrative support services, and all major document production. In addition, the City Clerk is the City's main point of contact for Public Records Requests and oversees Citywide compliance with the Public Records Act.
