2006 Annual Report
Olympia's Community Planning and Development Department has made great strides in enhancing our service delivery model over the course of the past year. We've surveyed our customers; we've worked with a process improvement consultant; we've formed teams and built bridges; and we've embraced the changes necessary to improve our predictability. These efforts have been productive, but by no means conclusive. I look forward to continuing these efforts in 2007 and hope to see even greater evidence that these efforts are paying dividends.
