According to Chapter 5.04 of the Olympia Municipal Code, "any person conducting business within the City shall make application to the Business License Section." This is in addition to any required State licenses.
The application form may be obtained at Olympia City Hall , or downloaded from this website. Applications and fees should be mailed to the City of Olympia address located at the top of the application.

A Business License Application containing a Home Occupation Acknowledgement must be signed and completed before the City of
Olympia
