Experience It! Online  is an online program registration system for the Olympia Parks, Arts & Recreation Department. This online system is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week. You can use this system to register yourself and family members for upcoming activities that are currently listed on Experience It! Online or in the current program guide. You may also browse facility availability for select facilities such as The Olympia Center, rentable park shelters and athletic facilities.  If you have questions about how the online process works visit our frequently asked questions page. 

How do I get started?
To take advantage of this website, you will need your Login ID, Account PIN and Visa or Mastercard.

If you have previously registered for a Olympia Parks, Arts & Recreation program, you have already been assigned a Login ID and Account PIN. If you have previously given your email address at registration, try clicking on the "Retrieve Login Information" button on the My Account tab.

If you have not previously registered for a program, or do not currently have an email address on account with us, please contact the Parks, Arts & Recreation Department during business hours. Contact information for the Department may be found here.

Convenience Fee
There is a convenience fee attached to each Online Registration that is charged by the service provider, Active Networks LTD. This is similar to most online registration or ticketing programs. This fee fluctuates as it is based on the dollar value of the registration. Prior to completing the transaction with the associated fee, you will have the option to continue or cancel the transaction. Drop-off and in person registration options are still available at The Olympia Center during regular business hours.
