Things You Need BEFORE You Start:
- Ticket or License Number: You will need your ticket number or your license plate number to pay your payment online.
- Visa or Master Card: We accept only Visa and MasterCard.
- JavaScript and Cookies Enabled: You must have JavaScript and cookies enabled, and your browser track session set to accept variables.
- Reviewing Tickets Online: You can also just view your parking citations online and then exit the program after viewing your citations.

Your Security Is Important To Us: Once you select “continue” you will be routed to a financial clearing house (ViaKlix) who will process your transaction to your card issuer (Visa or Mastercard). ViaKlix complies with Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards. PCI is endorsed by both Visa and MasterCard, and has established and requires online security best practices. The City of Olympia does not have access to your credit card information.
