OFD Members have the "be safe" attitude as just a way of doing business. Our Risk Model tells it all... we will risk our lives a lot to save a life, we will risk our lives a little for savable property and will not risk our lives at all for lives and property already lost. We always use this risk model in a highly calculating manner.

OFD Members are "can do" people. You never hear "it's too tough or why should we have to do that" coming from OFD Members.

I have said it before and I will say it again. I am the luckiest guy to be Chief of a Department with such phenomenal Members.
