The City of Olympia owns an undeveloped 4-acre park in Southwest Olympia at 1445 Evergreen Park Drive SW. This parcel was purchased to be a future neighborhood park to serve Southwest Olympia.

OPARD is planning on implementing an Interim Use and Management Plan for this site in 2008.  Improvements will include a swing set, bocce court, improved turf, tree screening, picnic tables, benches, a short loop trail and edible landscaping.  This plan was reviewed by the public and the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee and was approved by the OPARD Director on April 26, 2008.
