Park History:
Madison Scenic Park exemplifies a growing civic partnership. Combining ideas, talents, and labor of the Eastside Neighborhood Association and the Olympia Parks, Arts & Recreation Department, this park was dedicated in 1989. 
 
Park Features:
This hillside neighborhood park offers a place to walk, park benches to sit on, picnic areas, wildflowers and a great viewscape of Olympia, the Capitol building and the Black Hills beyond.
