Parking in the Neighborhood:
You can only park once daily in each residential parking zone. Be sure to observe 1 & 2-hour parking zone time limits. Remember, one-time-per-day parking limits apply to the entire neighborhood. Even if you move your vehicle, if you overextend your stay, you can receive a ticket.  Live in the neighborhood?  Learn about our Residential Parking Program.

The Dash:
The Dash shuttle picks up and drops off people at the Capitol Visitor lot and the Farmers Market lot, as well as at 27 other stops in between.  The shuttle serves many employment, retail and recreational destinations in the downtown core. Dash circulates through downtown and the Capitol Campus every 12 minutes from 6:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m., Monday – Friday.  For more information visit Intercity Transit website.

Leased Monthly Parking:
Leased parking managed by Intercity Transit is available at the Capitol Visitor parking lot, located at Wheeler Avenue and Jefferson Street, just off of I-5 exit 105A on the east Capitol Campus. The low-cost leased parking is available for just $12.50 per month.  A total of 55 stalls are available on a first-come basis.

Hourly Parking: In addition to the leased parking option, hourly parking is available at the Capitol Visitor lot and at the Farmers Market lot, located on the north end of downtown Olympia.  This short-term parking managed by Intercity Transit is free for the first two hours and 50 cents per hour thereafter, and is designed to support park and ride activity for legislative visitors and people working and recreating downtown.  The park and ride lots are feasible due to collaborative efforts between Intercity Transit, the Washington State Department of General Administration, the Port of Olympia and the Market District Association.
