What We Offer: Waste ReSources provides automated residential collection service for garbage, recycling, and organics using an all-cart system for collection. This service is provided on an "every other week" pick-up schedule.

Garbage: We have the following information available concerning garbage:
Recycling: Get information about cart sizes and what is recyclable on our recycling page.
Yard Waste: Learn about our yard waste and organics options, including curbside pickup, drop-off site, home composting bins and food waste composting.
Neighborhood Wood Chipping: The City also offers a Neighborhood Wood Chipping program where we provide chippers to neighborhoods to get rid of their debris.
Missed Pick-up? Crews pick up carts between 6:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Your cart may be picked up at different times each week due to route changes. If you notice your cart has not been emptied and you think you were missed, please wait until 2:30 p.m. before calling. It might be that we are running late and will be at your house soon.
- Please call Utility Billing at (360) 753-8368 and select option 1. Currently, misses and late set outs cannot be taken by e-mail.
