What is the Irrigation Rate Increase? Irrigation rates are charged for irrigation meters only. Irrigation rates will increase by 4.7%.



This is in keeping with the transition to marginal cost pricing (described on the main Drinking Water rates page), which ensures that those users who help create peak summer demands pay their fair share of the costs.  See a sample irrigation bill below.
