Rates - Wastewater Residential

What is the Residential Rate Increase? City wastewater rates will increase by 9% for residential customers. This translates to a $2.50 increase in your bi-monthly bill.  (See the sample residential and duplex bill below.)

Your bill has two parts: A City portion that pays for local wastewater collection services, and a LOTT Alliance (Lacey-Olympia-Tumwater-Thurston County) portion that funds the operation of the Budd Inlet Treatment Facility. This portion will increase by 5.9%.  For more information on the LOTT Alliance rate increase, visit their website.
