Currently we cannot process payment or new account information online, however we have several other options available which include: 

1. Automatic payment: Visit our automatic payment  page for more information. 
2. By mail: We accept checks, money orders, and cashier's checks.  Just use the return envelope provided. Please do not mail cash. We recommend mailing payments at least 7 business days before the due date.
3. By phone: We accept debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). Call  Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., (360) 753-8340, select option 0.
4. Courtesy payment boxes:
• Olympia City Hall at 8th Avenue and Plum Street
• Olympia Westside Police Station at 221 Perry Street, NW
5. In person: We accept checks, cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover), debit cards, cashier's checks and money orders.   
6. At a pay location: 
   • Falcone Schwinn, 1900 Harrison Avenue, NW
   • Paycheck, 1905 4th Avenue, NE 

Do You Have Discounts For Low Income?  Yes, they are called Lifeline Rates. If you are an elderly and/or disabled, low income customer, you may qualify.  For more information visit our Lifeline Rates Program page.
