Quick Links Online Services Features Offered Frequently Asked Questions

1. First select the online services feature.  There is a quick link above or you can access your bill off the City home page.  Select online services at the bottom of the City home page.
2. Type your account number. Your account number can be found at the top of your utility bill. 
3. Put in your street numerics (street address):  This is your service address on your utility bill.  It is located directly under your account number.  Put in only your house number - NOT your street address.  Click on the thumbnail right to see a example. 
   

Features Available: 

• Your payment history: Learn the status of your bill and what your payment history has been for the last 12 months. 
• When your garbage and recycling is picked up:  Not sure what days your cart is picked up? Look under the payment history section; it is customized to tell you what day your cart is picked up.
• Your water usage:  Track your water usage. Just select the consumption option and check out your water usage for the past 14 months.
• Payment coupon:  Lost your bill?  You can download a payment coupon. 
• Future Service: You currently cannot pay your bill online, but we are working to offer this service in the future.
