Neighborhood University Workshops

Please join other community members and neighborhood leaders to learn and share information about how we can make our great neighborhoods even better! You can request a workshop on a variety of topics including neighborhood safety, land use planning and dispute resolution, or suggest your own topic!

The neighborhoods program is partnering with the NW Eco Building Guild to present a series of DIY workshops:

*  Wednesday August 25:   Reuse, Reduce, Remodel:  Design, Build and Remodel with salvaged materials & components, with Gregory Smith, Small Building Company:  6-8 pm

*  Wednesday September 1: Home Weatherization 101 - Simple strategies to cut your energy bills, with Joseph Becker of ION EcoBuilding.  6-8 pm

*  Wednesday September 8: Wood Window Weatherization and Restoration with Dave King, EcoWoodworks.  6-8 pm.
