Construction News - Indian Summer Well

Project Location:

Prestwick Lane (within the Indian Summer Development).

Project Description:

This project equipped an existing City well with a pump and built a concrete masonry structure. The structure houses the piping, electrical equipment, and chlorination equipment for the well. It will also be used for storage.

Project Schedule: 

• The contract was awarded to David L. Sack Construction Company Incorporated, for $638,533.00.
• Construction began on March 25, 2008, and is now completed.
