Keep Your Organics Cart Odor and Pest Free

Wrap It, Bag It, Chill It Organics Video

Olympia and Thurston County residents can learn how to keep their curbside organics carts odor and pest free by reviewing the tips and solutions found on the City’s website.

Warmer weather doesn’t mean customers have to stop putting food scraps in their curbside organics bin.

In fact, with the barbecue and summer party season in full swing, it’s as important as ever to remember to put all food scraps including meat, fish and dairy, as well as fruits and vegetables, in the organics/yard waste cart.

Together we make a huge difference. Plus, you get the benefits of less garbage while helping the environment.
