Inclement Weather Policy
Recreation ProgramsIf inclement weather causes a one-hour delay of the Olympia School District, our classes will be held. If it is two-hour delay, classes prior to noon will be canceled. If school is closed, classes will be cancelled. Facility RentalsInclement weather may require The Olympia Center to adjust hours on occasion. When this occurs;
- If The Olympia Center is closed at the City's discretion; customers will be fully refunded for all rental hours impacted by the closure.
- If The Olympia Center is open, but the Olympia School District is closed, customers are eligible for a full credit if they choose to cancel. If they do not use the credit within 6 months, the credit will be removed and not refunded.
All other cancellations will be subject to regular policies as outlined by the Parks, Arts & Recreation Department.
